I work with over 40 different restoration companies; I see the bad and I see the good. When customers ask me for referrals, I can honestly say that Good Times Restoration (GTR) is always on the top of my list. I started working with GTR in late 2022 and have been impressed by the outstanding communication with me, their customers and any other contractors involved. They are professional, kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. If a problem or concern arises they correct, research or ask for guidance to resolve the problem. When I have a concern on a recommendation project they listen, discuss the process and execute on an agreed plan that always puts the customer first.
They are not afraid to tackle any job, they are ethical in their processes and treat every property with the care and attention as if it is their own. Working with many companies gives you the opportunity to see how others interact with customers, I can say I have spoken to many of GTR customers who were thoroughly impressed with their communication, honesty, and hard work. GTR always completes the job to industry standards which makes working with them a pleasure. If a problem ever arises at my property, I will be calling GTR to come to my personal home, because I know they will do their work efficiently, respectfully, and correctly.

Fantastic experience with Jared and Hunter. They use the best tools and are extremely customer-oriented. Would prefer these guys over the big businesses in this segment any day.

They were very knowledgeable and even discovered water damage in an area that the other companies didn't even bother to check. They got started right away and dried everything out. They even worked directly with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. Awesome company! Would recommend to anyone with any sort of water leak in their house!
